Payment
We use PayPal to process your order online. You can use your credit/debit card with PayPal without having a PayPal account. We do not receive your credit card details when you use PayPal.

Refunds & Returns

Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so by sending an email within of 5 days of receiving your product. Once we receive notification of the cancellation of your order, goods must be returned to us within 7 days at your own expense, shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued when products are returned and are fit for resale.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or cancelled orders unless the product is defective in quality, description or performance. The size of shades can be determined before purchase.

Goods must be received in the same condition they were sold, including all the original packaging material & receipts in a resalable condition.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following;

* Sale products

* Bespoke shades where fabric and rings have been sourced and differ to stock shades listed in the shop

* Specialized orders – customer requests

Damaged Goods:

We take every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Care is taken to wrap & package each item. If your order arrives damaged this must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the parcel. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged stock reported after this time.

Please allow up to 10 days for your replacement item(s) to be reissued once you have made contact with us & provided us with images of the damaged product

Please do not sign for any damaged packages.

Delivery

Please confirm your delivery address at the shipping section of checkout. All packages at sent with An Post. If you are paying by Paypal the item will be shipped to your registered PayPal address, so please ensure this is up to date, to eliminate delay on orders, missing parcels & any cost to resend the parcel to the correct address is liable by the customer.
