ABOUT ME

I grew up helping out and working in my mum’s children’s clothes boutique ‘Humpty Dumpty’, in Ennis.  As a result, I always wanted to run my own independent shop. After graduating with a degree in Interior Architecture, and moving onto work for a number of design practices in the UK and Ireland. I decided to make that dream a reality in 2017 and opened up my own studio and gift shop on the same corner as Humpty Dumpty!

After returning to college in 2010 to study textiles and on to the Glasgow School of Art to complete a digital print residency. Finally, it was time to combine my background in Interiors and textiles and my new obsession with making lampshades. As part of Creative Island at Showcase in 2016, I launched my own range of digitally printed homewares

The range includes lampshades with matching cushions, aprons tea towels, and napkins. Behind each of my distinctive patterns is an individual story and connection to many beautiful inspiring spots along the west coast of Ireland. Each of my products comes with one of my branded cards outlining the background story of each print.

I am proud to add that all my products are designed printed and made in Ireland. The shop also showcases a carefully selected range of local and national Irish makers and designers.
